Tips on cooking crab oyster sauce

material:

- 4 heads clean crab
- 5 Ciung minced ginger
- 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- Water (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

Spices:

15 red chillies
10 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt

How to make:
